London restaurant tears up the bill for its customers

Little Bay restaurant is tearing up its bills and asking customers to just pay what they think their food and service is worth at the Farringdon Road restaurant during February.

 

“It’s entirely up to each customer whether they give £100 or a penny. All I’m asking is they pay me what they think the food and service is worth,” said owner, Peter Ilic, who has run restaurants in London for more than 26 years.

 

I think this is a great example of being creative in the recession but is not for the fainthearted!  If you visit the restaurant let me know what you think of the food and also tell let me if you come across other innovative recession busting ideas.
