Can I help you?

I offer an initial 1 hour consultation for your £40 donation to the Horsebrdge Arts Centre in Whitstable, Creek Creative in Faversham or the national charities Tourism For All and the Refugee Council.

Do you want to improve your communication with your customers or clients?

Do all your existing and potential customers know and understand what you do or sell? Not sure?

I can help you clearly identify and communicate what you or your business or destination does and who you should be promoting to.  Everyone who is serious about running a successful business should do this before they start any marketing activity – this is called brand building.

I have good successful experience of developing brands for numerous tourism destinations including; London, England, Kent, Medway, Rye, Cumbria – the Lake District, the Yorkshire Dales and the North York Moors, plus many more.

I’ve also worked on developing brands for a range of businesses and individuals and am happy to provide more information about all the clients I’ve worked for and references if you’re interested in contracting me to work with you.

Do you want to increase your income?

All marketing is about encouraging someone to buy what you are offering.  Whether you run a destination, business, or work for yourself all your marketing is ultimately about encouraging sales to provide you with an income.

I combine marketing consultancy with business coaching to help people produce an action plan that will help them achieve business success.  I have experience of all marketing methods, including website development and social networking and learn more about the power of digital marketing with every new project.

I am also passionate about Twitter and about encouraging people to use it to build their online brand and have good recent experience of working with individuals or groups doing this. If you’d like to work with me on developing your Twitter brand then contact me for more information. To see me in action you can find me at http://www.twitter.com/escapetocreate where I ‘listen’ and learn and tweet about a variety of things connected to creativity, tourism and Kent’s coast – amongst other things!

I really enjoy coaching business owners whatever their size and have worked with a diverse range of people in a variety of organisations across many different sectors.  The principles are the same whatever the business and however big or small it is.

I particularly enjoy working with people in the tourism and creative industries but am happy to consider anything legal! I also prefer to work with positive people who are determined to adapt their business to meet the demands of the changing market conditions.

I live in Kent in the south of England and prefer working in Kent or London and easily commutable places from there if you need me to visit you regularly.  If you’re comfortable working via e-mail and telephone contact then I’m happy to work with you anywhere in the world.

I look forward to working with you!
